Clinical Coordinator (Social Worker) Lighthouse Program

RackerTown of Ithaca, NY
Onsite

About The Position

The Lighthouse Program is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled mental health professional to join our innovative school-based team. This is more than a traditional school social work position—it's an opportunity to help students rebuild confidence, develop coping skills, reconnect with learning, and successfully transition back to their home schools. Working alongside educators, families, and community partners, you'll provide therapeutic support within a highly collaborative, trauma-informed environment where relationships come first. The Lighthouse Program is a therapeutic educational partnership between Racker and TST BOCES serving middle and high school students experiencing significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Students attend Lighthouse temporarily while developing the skills, confidence, and supports needed to successfully transition back to their home school. Our approach combines mental health treatment, education, family partnership, and individualized planning to create lasting success.
