About The Position

The Clinical Placement and Compliance Coordinator oversees clinical placements, compliance requirements, and student health records for undergraduate pre-licensure nursing students. This role serves as the primary liaison among students, faculty, healthcare agencies, and clinical placement systems in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical and capstone placements, managing student and faculty compliance documentation, maintaining healthcare partnerships, and supporting the Undergraduate Nursing and Health Science programs while ensuring adherence to institutional policies, regulatory standards, and clinical agency requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or two to four years of administrative experience or healthcare experience (e.g., medical records, LPN, LNA, or CNA).
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Centralized Clinical Placement (CCP) systems.
  • Experience with CastleBranch compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage undergraduate nursing clinical placements, schedules, and clinical site assignments.
  • Secure and maintain clinical placement agreements through the Centralized Clinical Placement (CCP) systems and affiliated healthcare organizations.
  • Oversee capstone placements, including student matching, preceptor coordination, placement approvals, and reporting.
  • Maintain student compliance records, including immunizations, CPR certification, background checks, drug screenings, and other clinical requirements.
  • Monitor faculty compliance records, licensure, health documentation, and required background checks.
  • Collaborate with students, faculty, healthcare agencies, and program leadership to ensure successful clinical experiences.
  • Manage CastleBranch compliance tracking and resolve student and faculty compliance issues.
  • Prepare and submit clinical documentation, attestations, rosters, and other agency-required paperwork.
  • Support the Undergraduate Nursing Program Director with clinical scheduling, enrollment planning, reporting, and accreditation-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health Science program, including internship tracking, student records management, and program documentation.
  • Participate in departmental operations, cross-training, and office support activities.
