Requirements
- Associate-level license in Washington State (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or social services (practicum experience accepted)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with community resources, including state and federal benefits
- Reliable transportation and a valid WA State Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Providing coaching and support tailored to each client’s goals
- Assisting with advocacy, benefits navigation, and personal development
- Coordinating care with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists, community resources)
- Facilitating family meetings and managing related communications
- Maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential information with care
