Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or state equivalent
3+ years of post-master’s direct clinical experience
3+ years working with mental health and substance use disorders
3+ years using Motivational Interviewing
Strong technology skills and ability to document while speaking with members

Nice To Haves

Crisis intervention experience
Managed care or utilization review experience
Case management and discharge planning experience

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with providers and coordinate behavioral health and psychosocial services
Use Motivational Interviewing to engage members and help reduce clinical risk factors
Provide crisis intervention and connect members with appropriate treatment and follow-up care
Support members with complex behavioral and physical health needs
