Remote Behavioral Health Clinician (Care Management) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (no weekends or holidays) Make an Impact—From Anywhere Use your clinical expertise to improve lives on a collaborative, mission-driven care team. In this fully remote role, you’ll support members with complex behavioral and physical health needs—ensuring they receive the right care at the right time.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMHC)
- 3+ years of post-master’s clinical experience (hospital, outpatient, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience with Motivational Interviewing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
Nice To Haves
- Crisis intervention experience
- Managed care, utilization review, or case management background
- Discharge planning experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with providers and connect members to community resources
- Address complex behavioral and medical needs using strong clinical judgment
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up support
