About The Position

The Clinical Care Partner position plays a critical role by offering support and case management when employees and family members call for services. If you want to make a positive difference in the lives of others and value a healthy workplace, we encourage you to apply. This schedule for this position is weekdays Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Training will be in office (Charlotte NC); once trained will work a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctorate degree
  • 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
  • Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered)

  • Comfortable working with a team
  • Organized and able to multi-task and manage well under stressful situations
  • Customer service experience including phone-based
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software
  • EAP experience and CEAP credential

Responsibilities

  • Phone based assessment of client needs and refer to providers or community resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers
  • Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
  • Maintain case notes
  • Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Assist with scheduled after hours on-call (for additional compensation); all calls screened by after-hours services and on-call is notified in case of emergent situations.
