  • Strong analysis of operational data; MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
  • Self-starter who can work through ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of clinical alert logic packages: intake, prioritization, documentation, maintenance tracking, deployment readiness, and operational monitoring.
  • Map how specific alert packages are used across clinical programs, clients, populations, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and recurring metrics for library governance, utilization, quality, and leadership visibility.
  • Partner with clinical pharmacists, program owners, analytics, technology, and operations on dependencies and issues.
  • Design standard work: intake tracking, process docs, role clarity, status reporting, escalation.
  • Support annual and ad-hoc maintenance: review schedules, progress tracking, business inputs, documented outcomes.
  • Analyze utilization, maintenance activity, issue trends, and performance for root cause and process gaps.
