About The Position

Alliance Orthopedics, a dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking a motivated Clinical Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join their elite sports medicine team. This role is an integral part of a conservative care team, working alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, MDs, and Orthopedic Surgeons. The practice provides resources and on-the-job training to help ATCs utilize their full scope of practice in a premier clinical setting. Alliance Orthopedics is dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they love through an integrated team approach. The practice emphasizes collaboration between medical and conservative care teams to improve patient outcomes and recovery timelines. Requirements

Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License
Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
2+ years in a healthcare setting with a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and manual techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, especially the ability to show compassion for patients coming from all walks of life
Understanding of therapeutic treatments, manual massage, exercise prescription, and physical therapy techniques and equipment
An articulate team player who brings energy and a willingness to challenge themselves and their patients.

Responsibilities

Provide engaging one-on-one evaluations and build genuine rapport with patients to understand their functional goals.
Oversee Physical Performance Testing (PPT), including Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and computer-recorded strength testing.
Develop and tailor patient-specific rehab programs and monitor progressions/regressions.
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including Alter-G Treadmills, DRX-9000 Traction, Normatec, Game Ready, and Litecure Laser.
Communicate directly with surgeons and medical doctors to streamline patient care plans.
Participate in exciting marketing events, team outings, and company initiatives.
