About The Position
Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking applications for a full-time, employed faculty position in the Department of Emergency Medicine. The position involves patient care in hospital, outpatient, and consultation settings, as well as teaching and research responsibilities. The department handles approximately 130,000 annual patient visits, utilizes Epic EMR, and has daily Advanced Practitioner coverage. It comprises 55 faculty members and 24 advanced practice clinicians, with a three-year residency program training 51 residents. An EM clerkship is mandatory for all Sidney Kimmel Medical College medical students.
Requirements
- M.D. or DO degree
- Residency trained and/or board certified in the field of Emergency Medicine
- Qualifications to meet Clinical Associate Professor or above faculty rank
