About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, med spa, or aesthetic practice preferred
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Experience with injections, IV therapy, aesthetics, or hormone therapy is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with patients at all times

Responsibilities

• Assisting providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatments
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
• Supporting services related to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics
• Performing patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care
• Educating patients on wellness programs, treatment plans, supplements, and skincare products
• Creating a warm, welcoming, concierge-level patient experience
• Assisting with inventory management, supplies, and clinical operations
• Supporting front office workflow and patient scheduling as needed
• Building strong relationships with patients and contributing to long-term patient retention
