About The Position

Provides clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers and care teams by coordinating patient flow, assisting with documentation, and helping ensure efficient, high‑quality patient care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); no exceptions.
  • At least one (1) year of clinical experience required.
  • Patient care support and basic clinical skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and routine clinical procedures.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
  • Effective communication and patient interaction skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and workflow coordination.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and professional conduct.
  • May be required to possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
  • Must meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation adjudication for childcare.
  • Adheres to all organizational policies, including confidentiality, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Completion of a clinical, medical, or nursing assistant training program or additional clinical certifications (e.g., phlebotomy, EKG, POC testing) preferred.

Benefits
