About The Position

The Division of Radiologic Science is recruiting for a fixed-term, faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor. The faculty member will have the primary responsibilities of teaching upper division undergraduate degree courses related to professional communication, leadership, research, medicolegal issues, and masters level research courses. They will also have an active role in leadership in the Division of Radiologic Science as specified with the Department Chair, serve as Curriculum Director for the master’s degree program, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Director or assumed role as Division Director.

Requirements

  • Fixed-term, faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching experience in a baccalaureate medical imaging program
  • Record of leadership positions in academics, healthcare, or industry
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Publication and presentation record at the state, regional, and national level
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, global health/abroad opportunities for faculty and students
  • Active participation in professional societies ( JRCERT / JRCDMS , ARRT / ARDMS ; ASRT / SDMS )
