About The Position

At Royal Oak Hospital, the Clinical Assistant Nursing Admin coordinates aspects of patient care by managing communication and clerical tasks essential to unit operations. The role also monitors and stocks supplies and provides patient care and related functions as delegated by and under the direction of a registered nurse.

Royal Oak Hospital is a major academic and referral center with Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma designations. It has earned Magnet designation four consecutive times and is home to Michigan’s first Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support required.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a nursing assistant program and/or one year of nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
