Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. Apprentices work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), earning paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours while receiving supervision, mentorship, and clinical support. The program follows a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with milestones, clinical competencies, personalized support, and stage-based wage increases. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children and families in home, center, or school settings, with hands-on experience across six clinical domains. Apprentices receive regular individual and group supervision from experienced BCBAs and participate in professional development. The program is designed to support progression toward a BCBA role, with post-certification tuition reimbursement of up to $20,000, career ladders, and internal promotion opportunities. Compensation is $18–$23 base pay, with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus benefits.
