About The Position

Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. The program emphasizes assent-based, compassionate, client-led, and data-driven care. After completing the program and becoming certified, participants can pursue a BCBA role, with career ladders, internal promotions, and post-certification tuition reimbursement of up to $20,000.
