The BCBA Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision across center-based and community based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized care while promoting clinical excellence, staff development, and positive client outcomes. The BCBA Clinical Director provides direct supervision and support to Behavior Analyst Trainees (BATs) and other clinical staff, guiding clinical decision-making, treatment implementation, documentation, professional development, and performance. Working in partnership with operational and organizational leadership, the BCBA Clinical Director helps implement clinical strategies, strengthen clinical workflows, support integrated care coordination, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable AHCCCS, BACB, Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, health plan, and regulatory requirements. This position also supports the ongoing development of the ABA program by promoting consistent clinical standards, effective supervision practices, and a positive, mission-aligned culture across clinic and in-home services.
