Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. The Clinical Apprentice works as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), earning paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours while gaining clinical experience with children and families. The role follows a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with defined milestones, clinical competencies, wage increases, mentorship, and support. The apprentice provides 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings and develops skills across assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics. The program includes individual and group supervision, professional development, and a pathway toward a BCBA role after certification. Compensation is $18–$23 base pay, with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus benefits.
