Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for people working toward BCBA certification. Apprentices work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), earn paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours, and receive supervision, mentorship, and support. The program follows a structured three-stage pathway—Emerge, Empower, and Ascend—with milestones, wage increases, and personalized support. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children and families in home, center, or school settings, with opportunities to gain hands-on clinical experience across six core domains: assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics. Apprentices participate in individual and group supervision, professional development, and collaborative, assent-based, data-driven care. The program offers a path toward a BCBA role after graduation and certification.
