Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing customer service required.
  • Experience working with computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a professional environment is required.
  • Above average technical skills, problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality is required.
  • Valid driver license, insurance and vehicle required.
  • Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher in a technical field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles is helpful.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of EHR-integrated technologies including real-time video communication, remote monitoring, applications, and digital tools on PC, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Serves as on-demand support for clinic staff who experience technical issues with digital health programs including workflows, hardware and software.
  • Tracks and monitors open problems to ensure a high standard of customer service is met.
  • Escalates unresolved issues to the Applications team.
  • Creates and maintains documentation on common issues and processes.
  • Provides technical guidance and training to clinic staff during implementations.
  • Provides technical support to patients with various mobile devices, computers, and operating systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
