About The Position

Advanced Radiology Services is seeking a Clinical Applications Support professional to work 3rd shift. This role involves ensuring the highest level of service for the Distributed Radiology (DR) environment by managing its daily technical, operational, and clinical workflow. The position is performance-based and remote, requiring the candidate to be located within 1 hour of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Requirements

Associate’s degree with a minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, Radiology, or Information Technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills via phone, email, instant message, and face-to-face interactions.
Must be located within 1 hour of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Nice To Haves

Prior knowledge of the PACS system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Resolve missing images, reports, and exam notes.
Provide report information via phone and fax.
Handle addendum, deletions, priority change, and status change requests.
Assist in training new and existing Distributed Radiology users.
Monitor the DR environment workflow, infrastructure, and connectivity to clinical facilities using provided tools to identify issues.
Ensure all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved using the Helpdesk ticketing system.
Perform preventative maintenance on workstations.
Communicate with internal or external IT personnel to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.
