About The Position
Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to join their team. This position is responsible for specimen integrity, test procedures, laboratory operations, professional accountability, quality control/documentation, and safety. The hospital is an 851-bed, Magnet-designated, full-service hospital that has served the Fort Worth community since 1930, offering advanced care in various specialties and holding multiple certifications and recognitions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred.
- PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
