The Clinical Applications Analyst II – Behavioral Health is crucial for supporting the technology and clinical workflows within Nexus Health Systems’ behavioral health and neurobehavioral programs. Reporting to the Clinical Applications Manager, this role applies electronic health record industry standards and clinical best practices to configure, maintain, test, and optimize MEDITECH clinical applications. The Analyst is responsible for the build and configuration of assigned behavioral health modules, independently manages moderately complex issues, and acts as a key link between clinical operations and information technology. This position collaborates closely with behavioral health clinicians, nursing teams, facility leaders, pharmacy and ancillary analysts, and corporate departments to ensure electronic workflows support safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate possesses healthcare technology experience combined with a solid understanding of behavioral health documentation, clinical operations, and end-user workflows.
