About The Position

Provides psychosocial assessments and plans and implements treatment modalities, including group therapy, individual therapy, and family psychotherapy. Works with families as indicated, supports discharge planning for complex cases in conjunction with the discharge planner, participates in the multidisciplinary treatment team process, and adheres to the hospital mission statement and goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work or a master’s degree in a Human Services field.
• LPC, LCMHC, P-LCSW, LCSW, LCSW-A, or LCMHC-A licensure required.
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in the mental health field is preferred.
