About The Position

The Clinical Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support for the Epic EHR, with a primary focus on Ambulatory applications. The role includes implementing system upgrades, creating training materials, testing and maintaining the system, maintaining a working knowledge of Cogito reporting capabilities, and assisting with resolution of end-user issues.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Daytime travel is required as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Motivation, professionalism, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and people skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability for daytime travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school (RN or LPN) with a current Mississippi state license is strongly preferred.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Public Health, a natural science, or a closely related discipline will also be considered.
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Working knowledge of an EHR system and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting is preferred.
