We are hiring a Clinical Aide to support our Audiology team by conducting newborn hearing screenings and helping ensure infants receive timely, high-quality care. This role works closely with families and clinical staff to provide a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with families in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, patient care, or working with newborns preferred.
- 1 Year Clinical - Rehabilitation Preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform newborn hearing screenings following established protocols.
- Educate parents on the screening process and answer basic questions.
- Document screening results accurately and complete required records.
- Coordinate follow-up testing when needed.
- Support daily clinic and patient care operations.
