About The Position
Perform otoacoustic emissions and automated auditory brainstem response tests without supervision in the well-baby nursery, intermediate nursery, and neonatal intensive care nursery. Responsibilities include administering tests, completing all paperwork, database entry for the newborn screening program, and cleaning/maintaining equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be pursuing a college degree in a Health-related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform otoacoustic emissions and automated auditory brainstem response tests without supervision.
- Conduct hearing screenings in the well-baby nursery, intermediate nursery, and neonatal intensive care nursery.
- Complete all paperwork related to the newborn screening program.
- Perform database entry for the newborn screening program.
- Clean and maintain equipment and supplies.
