About The Position

No two days are exactly the same! This position provides a combination of administrative, clinical, inventory, and general operational support. You will play an important role in keeping our clinical and office operations organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office, administrative, healthcare, or clinical experience is a plus
  • Healthcare or Nuclear Medicine experience is helpful but not necessarily required; training may be provided for applicable responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the clinical team
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets, databases, records, and other systems
  • Maintain, update, and organize records, documentation, and files
  • Assist with inventory control, including monitoring supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Order and restock medical, clinical, and office supplies, including everyday necessities such as paper products
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment, including light cleaning duties
  • Assist with routine calibration and related quality-control tasks associated with Nuclear Medicine equipment, following established procedures and training
  • Assist with the preparation and running of doses on an occasional basis, as trained and directed
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with office organization and day-to-day operational needs
  • Use Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, for documentation, data entry, spreadsheets, tracking, and other administrative tasks
  • Support clinical staff with miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed
  • Help identify supply or operational needs before they become an issue
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Follow established safety, quality, and regulatory procedures
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and clinic
