Requirements

6 months clerical experience in a healthcare setting/physician office
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent critical thinking, communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily maintenance of the surgery and/or procedure schedule for one or more providers, and all aspects of the scheduling process.
Strategizing, problem solving and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Diffusing difficult scheduling conflicts efficiently.
