About The Position
Adena Health is seeking a part-time Clinic Surgery Scheduler to support the Chemo Hematology clinic. This role is essential to the delivery of care, focusing on organization, teamwork, and making a behind-the-scenes impact. The Clinic Surgery Scheduler will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the surgery and/or procedure schedule for one or more providers, managing all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing, problem-solving, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve difficult scheduling conflicts.
Requirements
- 6 months clerical experience in a healthcare setting/physician office
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
