The Staff Pad is has partnered with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we are looking for a Clinic Support Technician to join a Float Pool and gain valuable experience working alongside compassionate healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment. This flexible, entry-level role is perfect for high school graduates, college students, aspiring healthcare professionals, or anyone looking to explore a future in healthcare. No prior clinical experience or certification is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed. As a Clinic Support Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping clinics run smoothly, creating positive patient experiences, and supporting care teams behind the scenes so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the ambulatory care team.
- Assist with clinic workflow coordination and day-to-day operations
- Contribute to smooth daily operations and team efficiency under the guidance of the clinic leadership
- Serves as a supplemental support team member within the clinic and does not replace Patient Access Specialists, Medical Assistants, or nursing staff.
- Support administrative processing, document management, and clinic preparation.
- Support patient access and scheduling processes
- Help maintain organized, efficient, and welcoming clinic environments
- Assist with non-clinical tasks supporting patient access and clinic workflow allowing licensed and certified staff to focus on direct patient care
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to patients and staff and helps promote positive patient experience
