About The Position
Ascension is seeking a Clinic Supervisor for their West Allis Clinic in the Primary Care department. This is a full-time, day shift position. The supervisor will play a key role in staff development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Prior healthcare/clinical experience
- Leadership experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Assist with performance evaluations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
- Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
