About The Position

iLearn Wellness Group is thrilled to announce the opportunity to join our growing Adolescent Mental Health Clinic. An affiliate of LearnWell, ilearn draws on 26 years of mental health experience from LearnWell and Comprehensive Counseling to create a compassionate, clinically robust environment for adolescent care. Our mission is to improve lives by providing equitable access to mental health and academic support. ilearn continues to support adolescents in need of structured partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program. We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LICSW) to take a leadership role on our multidisciplinary team at our Adolescent PHP/IOP. Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced settings, with a passion for incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities and working with adolescents in a PHP/IOP setting.

Requirements

  • Licensed as an LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • Minimum of 2 years in a mental health setting; experience with adolescent populations in person.
  • Knowledge of higher levels of care and intake assessments, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake screenings, develop and adjust treatment plans, support discharge planning, and facilitate collateral communication.
  • Lead group therapy sessions (up to 12 adolescents) using ilearn’s specialized curriculum, which includes DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, and mindfulness modules.
  • Work closely with other clinicians, including nurses, to perform biopsychosocial assessments and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Participate in daily safety and coping strategies, checking in with adolescents requiring additional support, and engaging families in our welcoming lobby/milieu.
  • Complete clinical notes and documentation promptly and accurately to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain knowledge of referral resources in the community and identify group topics and psychosocial interventions aligned with patient needs.
  • Supervise PHP/IOP staff with safety planning, clinical decision making, and day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, technicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient support.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accrediting body requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and development within the clinic.
