About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinician to join our team in providing assessments, evaluations, treatment, and documentation of clinical care to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in our Day Programs. This role involves supporting Guests in building skills to thrive, utilizing clinical assessments and behavioral interventions within an award-winning culture of dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic.
Requirements
- BCBA, LMHC or LICSW and a Master's Degree in mental health or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of behavioral support techniques and planning.
- A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations.
- Valid driver’s license, and satisfactory CORI and DDS background check.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for clinical documentation to include safety plans, behavioral plans, behavioral assessments, risk assessments, mental status exams.
- Provides assessment of Guests that may be in psychiatric crisis.
- Provide training to Colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma informed care and topics related to mental health issues.
- Attend all required trainings and meetings including risk meetings, human rights meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
