About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School-Based Therapist (LICSW or LMHC) for a full-time behavioral health opportunity in Littleton, New Hampshire. This position offers meaningful work with children and families, a stable Monday-through-Friday schedule, protected administrative time, and the opportunity to provide both school-based and outpatient behavioral health services. The therapist will provide behavioral health services to K–12 students in area schools while also maintaining an outpatient caseload. During summer break, the therapist transitions to a full-time outpatient clinic schedule, providing consistent year-round employment and hours. This role combines school-based behavioral health with outpatient clinical care. Responsibilities may shift between the two settings based on organizational needs, providing the therapist with an opportunity to work closely with students, families, schools, healthcare providers, and a collaborative behavioral health team. The approximately 40-hour workweek includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time. This dedicated administrative time provides scheduled capacity for clinical documentation, care coordination, communication, and other responsibilities outside of direct patient sessions. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The employer is looking for clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents, value collaboration, and want to provide relationship-based behavioral healthcare within a supportive, mission-driven environment.
