As a Clinic Services Rep, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. Your daily tasks will include managing calls, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, coordinating daily schedules, processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. You will continuously leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety.
