About The Position

As a Clinic Services Rep, you will be a central figure in our ambulatory clinic, ensuring every patient feels respected and comfortable through seamless coordination and attentive service. Your daily tasks will include managing calls, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, coordinating daily schedules, processing revenue, communicating test results, and warmly addressing patient concerns. You will continuously leverage the Virginia Mason Production System to enhance efficiency and patient safety. Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and organized approach, and a deep dedication to customer satisfaction, thriving in a collaborative, innovative clinic environment.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate degree
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians
