About The Position

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The role coordinates care by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Actions reflect the organization's core values. The position is offered in full-time and part-time variable opportunities. Eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all payment conditions may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus; for eligible positions with an FTE below 1.0, the bonus is prorated based on FTE.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.
