Clinic RN Pediatric Partners Full-Time
About The Position
Valley View Hospital is hiring a full-time Clinic RN for its Pediatric Partners Clinic. The Clinic RN plans and coordinates quality nursing care for clients in accordance with the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice. The role provides leadership through close collaboration with other clinical staff and upholds professional nursing standards. The nurse also supports the philosophy and goals of the clinical area, as well as the shared governance vision and nursing commitments that guide nurses at Valley View Hospital. The position is suited to a detail-oriented nurse who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about patient-centered care, particularly for children. Previous clinic experience and bilingual skills are a plus; pediatric nursing and outpatient experience are preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible external candidates; internal candidates are not eligible. The employer cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least 1 year of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association, with the card in hand before the start date.
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- One year of Pediatric Clinic experience is preferred.
- Previous clinic experience is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Pediatric nursing and outpatient experience are preferred.
