About The Position
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the lifespan in an ambulatory care environment. Care is tailored to patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and appropriate care strategies. The nurse facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. The role collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Actions reflect the organization’s core values.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's degree in nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- 18 months of professional nursing experience.
