About The Position

This role is for a Clinic RN Supervisor in Cardiology. The supervisor will be responsible for driving sustainable growth by identifying opportunities to boost productivity and revenue, which will be reinvested into patient outcomes and a stronger workplace. They will also lead the creation and management of annual operating and capital budgets, spearhead performance improvement projects for a smoother patient and provider experience, and align marketing strategies with clinical successes to inform the community about the standard of care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
1+ years of Medical Assistant experience
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
