About The Position
MercyOne North Iowa is seeking a Clinic Rad Tech to join their team. As a Clinic Rad Tech, you will be responsible for producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists in the Radiology Department, contributing to patient care and the overall health of the community. MercyOne is the largest provider of health care services in the region and the largest employer in Cerro Gordo County, operating a private, not-for-profit health care center serving over 400,000 inpatients and outpatients annually. The institution is also a teaching hospital with various residency and fellowship programs, and serves as a clinical training site for numerous students across various medical fields.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB)
- Maintains active ARRT registry status
- Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire
- Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
