About The Position

LCMC Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Outpatient Clinic to lead the daily operations of a busy outpatient practice while championing outstanding patient care, staff engagement, and clinical efficiency. We are especially interested in candidates with a Women's Health background, including experience supporting OB/GYN, Women's Services, Maternal Health, Reproductive Health, or related specialty practices. This is more than a management role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare, clinical, or outpatient setting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing clinic operations preferred.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead change and improve processes.
  • Financial and budget management knowledge.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality healthcare delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
