The Clinic Operations Coordinator is a paid, part-time position based in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role designed for emerging health equity leaders who are ready to gain real leadership experience at the intersection of community health, public benefits navigation, and healthcare systems. This is not a passive learning opportunity; you will lead a team, manage clinic sites, and drive measurable outcomes from day one. This role sits within Link Health’s Clinic Operations team and serves as the on-the-ground coordinator for in-clinic work. The Coordinator oversees the team, manages clinical relationships, and ensures enrollment goals are consistently met. Link Health’s Theory of Change Link Health actively seeks to assist eligible people in the navigation and enrollment in benefit programs that address crucial needs like affordable internet, food access, healthcare support, and housing resources.
