About The Position

A US-based primary care company is building a new model of locally rooted, independent practices. They are looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the virtual front desk and keep patient operations running smoothly. The company is launching multiple net-new independent practices, with initial practitioners already signed and additional providers in contracting. At this stage, early patient experience is the growth engine—responsive, reliable operations directly shape reviews and clinic momentum. Day-to-day, the role answers and routes inbound calls, manages patient scheduling, monitors email and text communication, and executes EHR workflows for refills, referrals, and documentation follow-ups. Success means no missed calls, no dropped follow-ups, and clean monthly performance reporting that protects clinician time and builds durable patient trust.
