About The Position

The Clinic Office Assistant provides direct or indirect care, under a physician’s supervision and within the scope of the employee’s training, to patients presenting with urgent, emergent, potential, or preventive care needs. The role supports patients and providers by welcoming patients, preparing them for visits, assisting with clinical procedures, and coordinating care. The position contributes to a positive, compassionate, and efficient healthcare experience.

Requirements

• Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current certification or license as one of the listed medical assistant credentials, or an active LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR provider certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred but not required.
