About The Position

Provide and coordinate delivery of clinical resources to assure safe, high-quality patient care and continuity of care. Perform duties in an environment where patient needs are short term, non-acute, and non-life-threatening. This is a 40-hour-per-week General Cardiology clinic position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on first shift. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible hires.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or nursing diploma.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or a current compact-state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, when required by the department.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in patient nursing, a specialty or primary care clinic, and/or telephonics, depending on position.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficiency using email applications.
• Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical records.
• For the Medical Call Center department, a multi-state license.
