About The Position

As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on Care, Community, and Compliance. You will collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team—including a psychiatric physician, social worker, and CNA—to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program. You will also engage the local community through educational presentations, workshops, and seminars that promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform people about PMC resources. You will contribute insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives, and participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
• Associate-level education or above.

Responsibilities
