Clinic Nurse - RN/RPN- Part-Time
About The Position
CarePartners is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work in their clinic in Oshawa. This is a Part-Time position. CarePartners is one of Ontario’s largest accredited home health care providers, offering nursing, personal support, therapy, and rehabilitation support services to patients of all ages. They serve approximately 72,000 patients annually across homes, schools, clinics, workplaces, and retirement homes, operating through 24 locations and 24 nursing clinics. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- A current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
- Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services.
- Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.).
- Performing other clinical duties as required.
