About The Position

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community. As a Clinic Nurse Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, leading a dedicated team and ensuring our clinic operations run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of two years as a Charge Nurse or equivalent leadership experience.
RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University, with current Michigan licensure.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Competency in medical EMR documentation and ability to educate and empower others.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain.
Demonstrates compassion, integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all aspects of work.
Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license, and car insurance.
Must be fully vaccinated against communicable diseases.
Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, lift up to twenty pounds, and stand or sit for extended periods.
Must meet CMS competency standards prior to working independently.
Comfortable working in varied home environments and all weather conditions.
Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Clinic Charge Nurses.
Lead and manage nursing teams independently and in collaboration with the Director of Clinics and Participant Care Services.
Drive quality improvement initiatives across all clinic sites and participate actively in quality processes, including medication error follow-ups.
Ensure seamless flow of clinical care, assist in developing policies and procedures, and maintain audit-ready standards.
Support the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development of Charge Nurses.
Foster a cohesive team environment and educate staff on new processes and policies.
Oversee clinic inventory, equipment, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
