About The Position
Gastro Health is seeking a full-time clinic RN Lead to join their care center in Alabaster, AL. In this role, the RN Lead will provide exceptional patient care, including triaging patients, gathering medical history, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a sterile environment. The position involves collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients, documenting procedures, and ensuring adherence to quality standards to deliver compassionate care and optimize patient outcomes. The RN Lead will also assist physicians, prepare patients for discharge, and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Current Alabama RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS required
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the physicians to provide direct patient care
- Completion of triage and gathering medical and medication history
- Monitoring patients
- Oversees and participates in the preparation and flow of the care center
- Preparation for discharging patients
- Accepts direction from supervisor or physicians and adheres to established routines
- Performs added tasks as assigned by management
