About The Position

Responsible for the overall operational management of the pediatric therapy service inpatient and outpatient departments (PT, OT, SP and TR) and WIC clinics including clinical, administrative and financial operations. Establishes standards of care and therapy practice and monitors for compliance. Assures compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Responsible for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction. Ensures participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
5 years of recent first-line management experience in a related clinical area with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in a related field.
